Shipping/Returns

Items are shipped via UPS. Shipping costs vary based on weight, shipping method and zip code.

Orders ship within 48 hours. Our regular business hours are 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST Monday - Friday.

We will send you a confirmation e-mail when your order has shipped.

Return Policy:

Residential Systems and accessories can be returned within 60 days of shipping date.

PRO Systems and accessories can be returned within 30 days of shipping date.

A return ship label (RSL) can be generated by our shipping department when requested.

Systems and/or sensors returned in new or like new condition will receive a 100% refund, including shipping.

Systems and/or sensors returned outside of these conditions will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs on any returned
products outside of the conditions stated above.

tattletale portable alarms service department reserves the right to determine the condition of each tattletale product being returned.

Product cannot be returned after 60 days of ship date.

Warranty Information:

All tattletale base systems carry a two year warranty.

Sensors include a one year warranty.

Equipment requiring return will need to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipment.
